Lawsuit

On September 24, 2018, a Diligent driver filed a lawsuit, Ortega v. Michigan Logistics Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court. The case challenges Diligent’s classification of drivers in California as independent contractors and seeks civil penalties available under California law for the plaintiff and California drivers.  For more information about the case, read the complaint.
